- Ownership mentality in refining requirements and suggesting UX improvements.

- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma design systems into pixel-perfect implementations, including animations and micro-interactions
- Integrate with backend APIs and contribute to a shared component library for reuse across products
- Drive improvements in performance, accessibility, and testing (unit and end-to-end)
- Vue2/Vue3, modern JS/TS
- Build tools: Webpack, Vite
- RESTful APIs
- Bonus: ASP.NET MVC, C# .NET, Cordova/Capacitor, ADO pipelines
- Strong experience with modern JS/TS and at least one major SPA framework (ideally Vue3)
