A leading biopharmaceutical company in Toronto is seeking a Finance and Insights Manager to support the commercial business through data and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least 6 years of experience in FP&A and Data Analytics. The role offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence 1-2 times per week, and involves crucial financial planning and reporting functions.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance and Insights Manager will focus on several projects to help build a strong infrastructure around data and analytics for the Canadian Team by leveraging global reporting platforms with the goal to support the growing commercial business. The role will play a critical part during financial planning cycles by establishing key assumptions to support forecasting accuracy and will contribute to developing robust governance and processes around managing Gross-to-net items. This is a one-year contract and will be based in our Vaughan office, with in-office presence 1-2 times per week.
