Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Manager, Finance, Workday Consulting, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the implementation of Workday Finance solutions
• Achieve successful project delivery and uphold quality standards
• Refine financial processes to benefit clients
• Manage client relationships and account expectations
• Utilize knowledge in Workday to drive process improvements
• Guide teams in strategic planning and execution and mentor junior staff
• Analyze finance & accounting processes to identify improvement opportunities in areas such as operational accounting, period close, fixed assets, integrations, and reporting
• Simplify complex processes to improve reliability and reduce costs and cycle times
• Participate in client discussions, manage engagements, and prepare project documentation
• Contribute to modernization initiatives powered by Workday
• Utilize PC applications and data analysis tools for insights and visualization

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

• Bachelor’s Degree required; CPA or higher-level studies preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience, with preferred experience in ERP systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle
• Commitment to diversity and working with diverse teams
• Experience in record-to-report functions, process improvement, and financial systems optimization
• Effective communication skills across organizational levels
• Fluency in French required for Quebec opportunities; an asset outside Quebec

Salary range for BC region: $103,000 - $171,800 CAD, plus potential bonuses. Actual salary depends on skills, experience, and location.
