Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service and sales, plus a keen interest in fashion. The position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate individual to work as a Sales Associate in our boutique in Waterloo. This is a full-time position that allows the successful candidate the opportunity to grow in a challenging and rewarding work environment.

- Follow up daily with production on customer orders.
- Fitting of customers.
- Establish a call-back process with each customer to assess their needs.

- Attend / lead wedding shows.
- Administration: Participate in the completion of daily tasks.
- Update work tools on a daily basis.
- Keep up to date with new standards and procedures.
- Maintain a professional work environment.
- Merchandising: Maintain the visual and cleanliness of the store daily.
- Participate in the monthly rotation of the visual.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Knowledge in fashion, styling and custom clothing is an asset
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management
- Good priority management
