We are currently looking for a talented and passionate individual to work as a Sales Associate in our boutique in Waterloo. This is a full-time position that allows the successful candidate the opportunity to grow in a challenging and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Consultations: Advise customers on style, trend, fabric, and fit.
  • Follow up daily with production on customer orders.
  • Fitting of customers.
  • Establish a call-back process with each customer to assess their needs.
  • Develop professional and lasting relationships with customers.
  • Attend / lead wedding shows.
  • Administration: Participate in the completion of daily tasks.
  • Update work tools on a daily basis.
  • Keep up to date with new standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional work environment.
  • Merchandising: Maintain the visual and cleanliness of the store daily.
  • Participate in the monthly rotation of the visual.
What experience do you need?
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Knowledge in fashion, styling and custom clothing is an asset
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
