• Sales and Customer Experience: Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results and seeking feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales.
• Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer. Connect with customers and identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions. Demonstrate product benefits and features, and seek opportunities to make customers\' day and leave the world Lusher than we found it.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to help bring in more traffic.
• Product Passion: Continually expand product knowledge with ongoing learning and in-depth understanding of Lush products, ingredients, and benefits to make informed recommendations.

• Development: Utilize Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance, support team growth, and increase sales. Seek feedback, resources, and opportunities to improve your skills.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members\' perspectives related to DEIB. Promote belonging by fostering teamwork and recognizing each employee\'s contributions.

• Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present. Participate in teamwork and stay informed with company news and updates.
• Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Stock and Inventory: Use Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays in real time based on sales.
• Policies and Procedures: Follow opening/closing procedures, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.

Required:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

• Experience with consultation-based customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience in a team environment
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
