What we expect from you

• As a Department Manager, your main mission is to fulfill the commercial strategy while maintaining an attractive image adapted to the customer.
• Control stock and manage section to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct commercial analysis and lead the execution of actions needed.
• Supervise and organize the teams in their section to execute commercial tasks in the most productive way for the store.
• Review new items, place them and mark store/stockroom rotations.
• Supervise the product replenishment.
• Oversee the merchandising, image and furniture to ensure standards.
• Ensure customer service standards are met and incidents resolved.
• Responsible of minimizing shrinkage.
• Develop, acknowledge and provide constructive feedback for the evolution of teams.
• Responsible of compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention, and health and safety at work.
