In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise patterns, ensuring exceptional garment fit, and collaborating closely with design and production teams to bring innovative designs to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine patterns for a variety of garments, with a focus on PAD.
• Conduct fittings on prototypes and production samples to ensure accurate sizing, proportion, and overall fit.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve fit or construction issues.
• Maintain and organize a library of patterns, blocks, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and production staff as needed.
• Ensure patterns meet quality, consistency, and brand standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to innovate within the product line.

Requirements
