Department Manager

What we expect from you
  • Control stock and manage section to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct commercial analysis and lead the execution of actions needed
  • Supervise and organize the teams in their section to execute commercial tasks in the most productive way for the store
  • Review new items, place them and mark store/stockroom rotations
  • Supervise the product replenishment
  • Oversee the merchandising, image and furniture to ensure standards
  • Ensure customer service standards are met and incidents resolved
  • Responsible of minimizing shrinkage
  • Develop, acknowledge and provide constructive feedback for the evolution of teams
  • Responsible of compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention, and health and safety at work.
