Job summary
A leading educational institution in Edmonton is seeking a Junior Software Developer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications used by the lab. This role involves writing clean code, debugging issues, implementing new features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet functional requirements. The position allows for a hybrid work environment, combining remote and in-person work at North Campus. Ideal candidates are passionate about software development and eager to contribute to team success.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications used by the lab.
- Write clean and efficient code, develop appropriate test harnesses, and debug issues.
- Implement new features and contribute to improvements of internal and client-facing systems.
