Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled AI Agent Developer / AI Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy intelligent, scalable AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on building AI agents, leveraging large language models (LLMs), and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems to solve complex business problems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI agents, machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for real-world business applications
• Develop and implement AI agents using LLMs, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing applications and platforms
• Perform data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering to support model development
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI/ML model performance in production environments
• Translate business requirements into effective AI-powered solutions
• Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code
• Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in AI Agents, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science
• Strong proficiency in Python and common ML libraries
• Hands-on experience building AI agents using LLM frameworks such as:

• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and distributed systems
• 3 to 5 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, model deployment, and monitoring

Preferred Skills
