Global Functions Technology (GFT) is part of RBC’s Technology and Operations division. GFT’s impact is far‑reaching as we collaborate with partners from across the company to deliver innovative and transformative IT solutions. Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration. Finance and Audit Technology (FIAT) is part of GFT supporting RBCs CFO group.
As the Senior Director, ERP Program Management, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a global ERP implementation. The role will oversee and align the efforts of entity integrations, ensuring seamless integration, governance, and execution of ERP programs across the organization. You will act as a key partner to senior leadership, driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and value realization from the ERP transformation.
