In this role, you will be:
Supporting implementation of system changes and upgrades for core business apps, with internal and external parties.
Proactively understanding, developing and supporting the integration of internalsystems.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of technical solutions and making recommendations for improvements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams togather, assess, define, and document system requirements based on current business needs,ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
Understanding pain points and identifying opportunities for streamlining operations.
Conducting comprehensive analysis of existing business systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
Creating and executing test scenarios at various stages of the project to validate solution design and supporting business users in executing the user acceptance testing.
Participating in scoping workshops with business stakeholders and partners; building process and data flows alongside process owners.
Promoting best practices with systems, including training, and showcasing tips and efficienciesfor relevant departments as part of the handover to BAU.
Helping educate employees on new processes and systems, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
Serving as a subject matter expert and providing ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues with ICT support, and implementing system enhancements.
Participating in supporting upgrades for existing programs and applications.
Identifying users' needs and communicating them with third party agencies.
Providing ad-hoc ongoing support and troubleshooting for systems.
Working closely with and being an escalation point for the ICT Support department for complex technical issues that they are unable to resolve.

Main purpose of job
To help drive the development of the organisation's core applicationsthrough process analysis, requirements building and delivery of improved userexperience. Main duties andresponsibilities
