Team Overview

Corporate Functions Transformation – ERP Program

The Corporate Functions Transformation (CFT) program is a multi-year strategic initiative designed to modernize and unify core business processes across HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT. At its heart is the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, replacing legacy systems and siloed processes with an integrated, efficient, and future-ready solution.

Join EDC’s Corporate Functions Transformation: HR Squad as a Senior Data Analyst, HR Governance and play a key role in elevating HR data quality and readiness for our ERP transformation. You’ll work directly with HR subject matter experts across the full HR function, as well as collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams, to analyze, cleanse, and harmonize critical data sets. You will validate person and organizational records, set data quality standards, and create reliable data pipelines for accurate reporting and integration. Your expertise will help ensure our HR data is reliable, actionable, and aligned with our business needs – laying the foundation for a successful ERP transformation and implementation.

What you will be doing:

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Engage with HR stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to prioritize data issues, map ownership, and drive consensus on solution approaches.
  • Lead sessions to review HR data requirements, facilitate agreement, and present complex issues using persuasion, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Present complex issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements Gathering & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, and Data Engineers to develop solution approaches and document “as is” and “to be” processes.
  • Review and recommend conceptual, logical, and physical data models to ensure compatibility with architectural principles and optimal solution design.
  • Analyze system data elements and existing data structures, understanding data lineage from source to target, and ensuring efficient data flow between users and stakeholders.
  • Map data flows, identify integration issues, and build data rules to support ERP readiness and implementation.

Data Management & Quality

  • Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for ERP program.
  • Identify master and reference data, align foundational data across HR function and assess data quality issues – collaborating with Finance, Procurement and IT to avoid downstream quality or integration problems.
  • Document definitions, lineage, gaps, and data flows; prepare and execute data correction plans.
  • Ensure production-ready datasets and create guardrails for sources of truth for employee data.
  • Adhere to data governance, information security, and content management standards for sensitive and confidential information.
What we are looking for:
  • Completed an Undergraduate Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, Commerce, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years as a Data Analyst
  • Proven data literacy and technical proficiency to drive successful data readiness for ERP transformation.
  • Experience with ERP systems, data modeling, integration, and migration, including data lifecycle management and data management domains
  • Proven experience with: Azure Data Platform, Databricks, SQL, R, Python
  • Proven experience with analytics tools and data governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
What will make you stand out:
  • Depth of experience in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of organizational goals, financial metrics, and strategic alignment with the ability to tailor HR digital initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Certification in ERP platforms and/or Analysis.
