The role of the Business Analyst on the Partner Automation & Analytics Team is to work with the business stakeholders contributing to Go-To-Market Strategic Programs and Offerings by aligning our requirements with program objectives, driving Partner Compensation and analytical KPIs, and ensuring quality delivery to production. You will collaborate with teams to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives and support more experienced business analysts in the delivery of tasks/activities.
Analyzing Complex business problems: You will identify and understand business problems related to processes. This will involve gathering data, conducting research, and applying analytical techniques to gain insights.
Being a liaison: You will facilitate communication between Business Stakeholders, product managers, engineering development teams, and third-party vendors. You will ensure that business stakeholder needs are understood and translated into actionable project requirements.
Contributing throughout the project lifecycle: You will contribute from requirements gathering through UAT. This involves collaborating with team members, business analysts, business architects, and product managers. You will lead the delivery of requirements, test plans, and test scripts, aligning on the overall testing approach to ensure requirements are ready for UAT.
Promote understanding: You will help align requirements with program objectives by understanding the needs of multiple business stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and documenting requirements, use cases, and process flows.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 – 5 years of related professional experience supporting requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system implementation
Functional knowledge of process improvement and software development methodologies
Experience with Sales Performance Management systems such as Forma.AI, Oracle, Varicent, Anaplan, or Xactly, Jira, SFDC, SFDC CPQ, or SAP S/4 is a plus
Curiosity: You have a natural curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover the root cause of issues. This helps in understanding complex problems and finding solutions.
Organizational management skills to oversee your area of business, including taking ownership, setting goals, and driving projects forward.
Ability to break down complex processes into manageable, concise components for better understanding of different project elements.
