Senior CPA / Assistant Manager
Job summary
A local CPA firm in Mississauga is looking for a Senior CPA / Assistant Manager. In this role, you will handle various public accounting areas, manage relationships with clients and staff, and ensure high-quality compilation engagements. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of CPA experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Caseware, Taxprep, and Quickbooks. This position requires a team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CPA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with clients and staff.

Senior CPA / Assistant Manager
Our small CPA firm in Mississauga is seeking a Senior CPA / Assistant Manager to work in all areas of public accounting, including compilation engagements, corporate and personal tax filings, and reviewing and managing the work of junior staff.
- Managing many relationships both internally with staff and externally with clients.
- Managing, preparing, and reviewing various compilation engagement files, including corporate and personal tax planning and preparation.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships internally and externally using strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Being a team player with attention to detail.
- Being results-driven with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Having knowledge of Caseware, Taxprep, and Quickbooks.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CPA.
- This is an in-person position.
