The Commitment

We’re seeking a skilled Functional Consultant and Project Manager with a strong background in ERP implementation—someone who thrives at the intersection of consulting delivery and project execution

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience delivering ERP implementations, preferably cloud-based solutions like NetSuite
• Responsible for managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including scope, budget, resources, and time
• Adept at working directly with senior executives, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and deliver value
• Become highly proficient in Appficiency’s NetSuite implementation methodology, as well as the features and capabilities of the NetSuite platform
• Lead project delivery through proactive planning, structured communications, and timely resolution of chall
• Includes developing project plans and timelines, preparing client-facing reports and presentations, facilitating internal and external meetings, and supporting PMO reporting and forecasting
• Supervise and mentor a small project team (1–2 members) as part of the broader PMO structure

The Essential

• Must be eligible to work and travel in Canada and the United States
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP implementations (preferably NetSuite), with an understanding of core business functions across finance, supply chain, and operations
• 6+ years of project management experience in cloud / technology consulting, including agile / hybrid delivery models
• MBA or equivalent experience is strongly proffered
• Proven ability to recommend and drive process improvements that align with Appficiency’s best practices
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and project collaboration platforms
• Highly adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities and project complexities with professionalism
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Calm, confident, and collaborative under pressure—an excellent team leader and cross-functional partner
