A leading property management firm in Calgary is seeking a Property Manager to oversee rental agents and ensure properties are well managed. Responsibilities include negotiating leases, preparing contracts, and maintaining financial records. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2 to 3 years of experience in property management. Proficiency in English is required. This role offers a permanent position with a 32-hour work week.

- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property management is required.
Responsabilités
- Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents.
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner.
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
- Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation.
- Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
- Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
Formation
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
