Position Summary:
This is a dynamic role that requires strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills. The Proposal Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of proposal submissions in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation types. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tight deadlines and competing priorities. They will work closely with business development, project management, estimating, and executive teams to develop compelling, tailored proposals that effectively communicate MARANT’s strengths and win work.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing and writing proposals, ideally in the construction, architectural, or professional services sectors, and has a deep understanding of how to create persuasive, visually engaging submissions that align with client requirements and corporate brand standards.
