Position Summary... To collaborate with all levels including Store Management, Market Management, and Subject Matter Experts. They will be responsible for the education of associates and managers on compliance programs. This will involve the monitoring of compliance controls in their respective facility, identification of root cause, driving corrective actions, and continuous improvement with the intent to build trust with customers, associates, stakeholders, and regulatory entities.

Deliver compliance and safety awareness leveraging Ethics and Compliance resources. Drive compliance improvement by conducting assessments in their facility across designated compliance subject matter areas such as:

1. Health & Safety/Fire Code
2. Environmental
3. Consumer Protection
4. Anti Money Laundering
5. Food Safety/Pest Control
6. Privacy & Employment
7. Licenses & Permits
8. Anti-Corruption

Deliver on-the-spot compliance training at all levels within the facility, including the compliance portion of new associate orientation. Analyze data to identify program execution gaps and trends, identify root causes, and support the creation and execution of action plans to mitigate risks and drive compliance. Participate in regulatory visits (excluding Health & Wellness and Human Resources matters), including online submissions and engaging appropriate partners for resolution of orders or fines. Manage the hourly associate accident file process, including online submissions, investigations, modified offer letters, and follow-up until resolution. Foster two-way communication with Store Management to ensure attendance management, progress note completion, and accountability. Assist with collection and verification of documents for customer claim folders. Submit and follow up on Facilities Maintenance requests, including pest management. Use escalation tools to resolve issues and outstanding tickets. Conduct safety walks and inspections as part of the safety team. Follow up on action items from Safety Team meetings and inspections.

The required minimum qualifications for this position are:

• Age – 16 or older
