A leading energy company is looking for a Rail Billing Coordinator in New Brunswick, Canada. This role involves creating and auditing transportation documentation to ensure regulatory compliance for rail and marine shipping. The successful candidate will manage time-sensitive tasks and develop reports while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. As a Rail Billing Coordinator, you will provide 24 hour, 365 day rotational shift coverage to ensure efficient and accurate creation and auditing of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) documentation. Your goal will be to deliver critical shipping documents and support Rail fleet coordination and Marine shipping movements, while maintaining regulatory compliance and keeping refinery railcar racks in service at all times. Your success will depend on your ability to create and analyze reports, manage time-sensitive tasks under a 24/7 schedule, and ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation and processes.
