The Canadian Quality Network is seeking an experienced Audit Assurance Senior Manager interested in a National Quality Network role. This role supports EY assurance professionals across the country in the performance of high-quality audit engagements.

• Research and respond to audit methodology questions from all professional staff regarding assurance-related matters
• Provide hands-on formal and informal coaching to a variety of audit teams on various audit-related topics
• Keep up-to-date by reading associated literature and attending appropriate educational courses for skill development
• Interact with members of EY Professional Practice to promote knowledge sharing

• A self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills and a very high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive and anticipatory in approach and style
• Ability to interact with confidence with partners and senior leadership across the country within the firm
• Strong work ethics with a developed sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and autonomously with little direction and guidance
• Experience in facilitating internal training courses and/or external presentations

• A minimum of 8 years experience on assurance engagements with experience in a variety of sizes, complexities and industries
• Strong technical background in Global Audit Methodology
• Strong research, organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Completion of the CPA, CA designation
• High performance rating in Quality

• Strong PCAOB and ICFR experience
• Bilingual abilities (English/French) appreciated

This role is a rotational opportunity (18‑24 month). The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $95,000 to $180,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
