A community-focused nonprofit organization in Hamilton seeks a Check-In Coordinator to engage 2SLGBTQIA+ youth. You will build relationships, support program delivery, and promote anti-racist practices. Ideal candidates will have relevant lived experience and a commitment to creating inclusive environments. The position is flexible with hours up to 14 per week, with a compassionate workplace culture.

Coordinates the meaningful engagement of community members and 2SLGBTQIA+ youth. The Check-In Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Speqtrum participants, and supporting check-in staff. Successful candidate will work collaboratively in-person with the YWCA Hamilton’s Safety and Support Hub.
