Job summary
A regional healthcare provider is seeking an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) for a permanent full-time position in Grand Falls-Windsor. The ACP will provide emergency medical care, support the Virtual ER model, and mentor students. Required qualifications include graduation from high school, an approved ACP program, BLS, and OPMD certifications. The role offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $39.14 to $46.27, with sign-on bonuses and relocation incentives available.

- Graduation from high school with a diploma recognized by the Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Education.
- Graduation from an approved Advanced Care Paramedic program accredited by the Canadian Medical Association.
- Current physical capability testing certificate from the past 3 months.
- A valid Class IV driver’s license issued by the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency and medical care in various settings.
- Conduct physical examinations and comprehensive assessments.
- Work closely with the Virtual ER team and travel as needed.
- Provide leadership and mentorship within the paramedicine program.
