Conceptualizing and creating prototypes based on corporate/client needs, and providing recommendations for approval of the most appropriate solution(s) to achieve desired outcome.
  • Foster a positive production environment and provide advice, guidance, ongoing coaching and feedback to onsite/virtual talent to ensure quality and efficiency of production.
  • Provide strategic and tactical support by acting as the key advisor on Digital and multimedia solutions to cross-organization project teams.
  • Maintain cooperative working arrangements with internal business partners and senior management and project teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the executive leadership team, various senior management, operational areas of the WSIB and internal and external customer groups to exchange information that will support quality communications product development.
  • Use advanced vendor management skills to establish effective vendor contracts in support of multimedia production.
  • Lead, create and manage the quality control and technical compliance of all multimedia pieces, asset libraries, production sets, and equipment used in the WSIB’s various internal and external communications.
  • Oversee and maintain internal content library comprising original/stock footage, music, photos, templates, and program recording masters. Ensure this digital content is organized and easily searchable via metatags.
