Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is required.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities with ownership and delegation skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, build customer confidence, and recommend products based on their needs.
• Operate a POS system, accurately process payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain store neatness, restock products, and ensure inventory levels meet demand.
• Act as an expert in the store's product lines and provide advice on selection and usage.

• Conduct opening and closing procedures for the store.
