Costco is seeking a Food Service Assistant to join our Food Court team at our Vancouver location. This role involves preparing and selling hot food and drinks, maintaining the kitchen and dining area, and ensuring prompt and courteous service to members.

As a Food Service Assistant, you will:

• Prepare and serve hot food items, including pizzas, hot dogs, and other menu items, following department production standards.
• Operate dispensing machines for desserts and drinks such as frozen yogurt, lattes, and smoothies, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Maintain the self-serve pop area, condiment table, and eating areas by bussing tables, mopping floors, and emptying trash.
• Stock ingredients and supplies, comply with health codes, and ensure proper product rotation.

This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and sanitation procedures, and the ability to provide courteous member service.
