This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager and is responsible for the accurate and timely receipt, preparation, and delivery of prescriptions. Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs, counseling patients with appropriate documentation, and providing friendly, positive, and proactive interactions with all customers are key responsibilities. Additionally, creating awareness and educating customers through public relations activities is essential.
