Agile Delivery Lead — Scrum Master
Job summary
A leading bank is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its Agile Delivery team in Toronto. The role involves leading Agile delivery processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You must have at least 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and be certified in Scrum or Project Management. - 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Delivery Manager.
- Knowledge of project management best practices, Agile, SDLC, and PMLC methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, clear and concise communication (written and verbal), and relationship building skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery from initiation through release.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, stakeholders, and solution teams to develop release plans.
- Facilitate discussions supporting decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Remove impediments to successful delivery through proactive management.
- Create and maintain open communication within the scrum team.
