Job summary
A retail company in Medicine Hat is seeking a qualified individual for a permanent full-time role. The position offers a salary range of $30.00 to $36.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week. The responsibilities include cleaning meats, cutting, trimming, wrapping, and packaging various meats and poultry. Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada. This position requires 3 to 5 years of experience and work must be completed on site.
Qualifications

- Must be a permanent or temporary resident with a valid work permit.
Responsibilities
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting.
- Cut carcasses, sides and quarters.
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
- Wrap and package prepared meats.
- Cut poultry into parts.
- Grind meats.
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products.
- Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.
- Prepare special orders.
