A prestigious hotel in Burnaby is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, ensure alignment with brand standards, and cultivate guest and community relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and financial acumen, with a salary range of 160-170K. We are presently searching for a General Manager to join us in leading our people-centric team of hospitality professionals.
The General Manager is responsible for the successful operation of all aspects of the hotel, ensuring alignment with Hilton brand standards, Crescent Hotels & Resorts standards, and ownership objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with ownership groups, team members, guests, labour partners and the broader community.
