Holcim is planning to spin-off its North American Business to unleash its full potential, capitalizing on North America’s oversized growth in construction led by the modernization of infrastructure, a surge in advanced manufacturing and AI operation, and the growth of resilient cities.
Holcim plans to list the new company on the NYSE by the end of the first half of 2025 and establish its operations headquarters in the US to be fully dedicated to serving the North American market and pursue a growth strategy across the region.

The Business Analyst (New Grad) is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Calgary Asphalt division’s business growth and development. The Business Analyst will serve as a role model in safety, environmental stewardship, leadership, teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and critical success factors. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position offers development opportunities for a new graduate to gain extensive experience within our Asphalt business and build a long-term career at Lafarge.
Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
Field of Study: Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
Work Experience: Prior experience in asphalt or construction industry is an asset.
Technical Skills: SAP, Google Suite, Excel.
Travel: 0-10%
