Remote SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Lead – Canada
Job summary
A leading customer experience firm is seeking a Senior SAP ECPayroll Configuration Analyst to design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions. This remote role requires expertise in US and Canadian payroll legislation along with hands-on SAP Payroll configuration experience. The ideal candidate will coordinate payroll processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on independent experience in SAP Payroll configuration.
- Experience in a minimum of 1 End to End SAP Payroll implementation covering all phases.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and propose innovative solutions.
- Conduct parallel payroll testing and resolve integration challenges.
