Overview

CGI in Atlantic Canada is looking for a Senior TIBCO EBX Analyst to support a client initiative focused on strengthening enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) and reference data capabilities. This role requires an expert-level understanding of the TIBCO EBX platform combined with strong MDM domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will design, review, and enhance reference and master data models, and support integration with downstream and upstream systems that depend on this data. This is a hands-on role that also requires defining best practices and guiding stakeholders on effective data governance and modeling approaches.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on TIBCO EBX, providing guidance on platform capabilities, data modeling, workflows, and governance features
  • Design and build reference data models within EBX aligned to business and technical requirements
  • Review and assess existing master data models, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support and advise on MDM best practices, including data governance, stewardship, lifecycle management, and versioning
  • Collaborate with application and integration teams to ensure effective integration between EBX and connected tools, platforms, and software systems that consume or manage master/reference data
  • Define and document standards and best practices for data modeling, data quality, and platform usage
  • Perform hands-on configuration and implementation within EBX, including model changes, workflows, and access controls
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate data requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
Qualifications
  • Strong, hands-on experience with TIBCO EBX, including data modeling and configuration
  • Deep understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, with a focus on reference data
  • Experience designing and reviewing enterprise data models
  • Familiarity with system integrations and data dependencies across enterprise applications
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels—defining best practices while also implementing solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale or regulated environments
  • Background working with complex data ecosystems and multiple consuming systems
  • Prior consulting experience or work in a client-facing delivery role

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000.00 – $135,000.00. This role is an existing vacancy.
