Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Mail Clerk I for their Kelowna, BC location.

1. The Document Storage Analyst is accountable for the successful delivery and working in a dynamic environment. You are organized and an expert at navigating documents. You are comfortable with operating hardware such as photocopiers/scanners and have basic computer skills to retrieve digital documents. Working closely with the business owner(s), you are able to work independently in executing processes for accurate and efficient document storage.
2. The Document Storage Analyst operates in a Client Canadian Retail Branch while reporting remotely to the Senior Manager for Branch Channel & Network Delivery.
3. Report to the assigned Client Retail Branch to support document filing and digitization processes.
4. Prepare paper documents filed in the branch for digitization.
5. Scan paper documents into the Ricoh copier/scanner.
6. Review digitally filed documents to confirm accuracy and ensure they meet all business requirements.
7. Manage files in the branch and ensure they are secured in their designated locations.
8. Provide daily and weekly updates to the management teams via email and/or phone.
9. Adhere to the Client Health and Safety rules of the working location, including wearing a face mask when operating in open areas of the branch.
10. Follow Client Privacy Policies and Employee Conduct Rules.
11. Remain flexible and adapt to support various initiatives in a dynamic environment where business priorities may shift.
12. Communicate issues, points of interest, and status updates promptly, and identify emerging risks early.

5. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
6. Document filing experience is an asset.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
