Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in Networking.
• Minimum of 5 years in Enterprise Network and Security Systems.
• 3 or more years in Telecom and Data Services.
• Minimum of 4 years experience with Palo Alto and Juniper, certifications preferred.
• Experience in IT Service Management and ITIL is an asset.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and optimize the company's network infrastructure.
• Participate in Level 3 after-hours on-call rotation.
• Troubleshoot network outages and ensure timely corrective measures.
• Develop technology diagrams, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls

Knowledge of Juniper switches

Expertise in Cisco routers

Familiarity with Ruckus access points

Strong understanding of enterprise networking

Telephony and data services knowledge

Experience with data center infrastructure

Experience with cloud infrastructure
