The team develops digital and AI-driven tools that help manufacturers increase visibility during the design/specification stage and streamline the quotation and project bidding process. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of existing commercial accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and continue to grow their usage of the organization’s technology solutions. This role manages renewals, protects recurring revenue, and identifies opportunities to expand client engagement through upsell and cross-sell motions.
You will act as a primary relationship owner, coordinating internally with subject matter experts and new-business teams to uncover additional revenue streams. Responsibilities include developing account plans, preparing client-facing reports, maintaining detailed profiles of key accounts, forecasting accurately, and keeping customers informed about relevant industry updates.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, comfort analyzing client needs, and the ability to deliver a consistent, high-value customer experience. A top-performing Account Manager will anticipate client challenges, gather feedback proactively, and ensure the organization’s offerings continue to exceed expectations.
