A leading engineering firm located in Canada is seeking a highly motivated Digital Systems Engineer to lead electrification projects for transit bus fleets. Responsibilities include developing technical specifications, collaborating with clients on operational requirements, and ensuring seamless system integration. The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Systems Engineer with expertise in transit bus fleets, battery electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles and/or private fleet operations, and zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) transition strategies. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise and lead multidisciplinary projects involving fleet transitions, electric charging infrastructure systems, fleet management technologies, telematics, and depot management solutions.
This role has a strong emphasis on developing and validating fleet specifications and data, developing fleet maintenance and performance plans, fleet pilot plans and ideally understands fleet commissioning and PDI activities for transit fleets and private fleets.

Compensation
Salary range (in British Columbia): $105 800 - $145 400
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
