Job Title : Junior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly accounts including bank, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.
• Classify transactions as fixed assets or operating expenses and record accordingly.
• Provide coding guidance for overhead invoices.
• Review and analyze summary reports to ensure consistency between ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Conduct monthly analytical reviews of branch and divisional performance.
• Support audit and tax reporting requirements.
• Develop detailed reports and process documentation for accounting transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and communication.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours / week) with standard business hours. The team includes six Accounts Payable professionals. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85 / hr.
