A leading benefits provider in City of Moncton is looking for an Account Executive to manage a complex portfolio. This role involves maintaining relationships with Benefits Advisors, leading sales processes, and ensuring client satisfaction. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in group insurance, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment. Base + Comm
The Account Executive (large group) will play a critical role in both maintaining a complex in‑force portfolio and driving productive relationships with Benefits Advisors and group policy holders. The business development tasks will provide an opportunity for the candidate to work with a dynamic team to reach or exceed the objectives–sales, profitability, renewal, and persistency targets.
Base salary for this position is between $minimum - $ maximum annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
