· Responsible for the preparation and delivery of the monthly general ledger accounts and related management reporting.

· Responsible for the post-close analyses of performance and variance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Challenge financial performance with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and risks.

· Partner with Accounting to provide support on day-to-day activities related to key accounts (e.g., Accounts Receivable review, Expense approvals and classification, etc.).

· Prepare monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required.

· Assist in preparing the monthly and quarterly forecast and creating a rolling forecast to provide an ongoing forward view of projected performance.

· Provide integration support regarding systems and operational processes of any acquired entities as needed.

· Provide M&A diligence support of potential future acquisitions as needed.

Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

· Mid Level years of experience as a Financial Analyst,Financial Planneror a similar role.

· Experience working with a SaaS financial model, related revenue recognition and SaaS metrics desired.

· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required; experience with NetSuite, SAP SAC reporting, Salesforce.com and other financial systems preferred.

· Relevant certification such as CPA/CFA is a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions without specific step-by-step instructions.

· Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects while delivering results in a timely manner.

· Demonstrated success building effective partnerships and managing relationships at all levels.
