Job Title : Accounts Receivable / Credit & Collections

Reporting to : Manager of Finance

Industry : Catering

Job Description

• Customer billing for daily orders and functions.
• Posting customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Collection and review of aged trial balance.
• Monitoring monthly A / R account statements.
• Other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of billing, A / R, credit, and collections experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in creating and editing Excel spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with accounting software programs.
• CPA Level 2 or 3, or college diploma.
