Accounting Clerk jobs in Italy

Job #4660– An established, local, growing company is looking for a Bilingual Accounting Clerk to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis! In collaboration with the other accounting team members, you will play an important role in the overall finance function by ensuring all financial and billing functions are taken care of. The successful candidate has a good grasp of accounting standards, is fluently bilingual and enjoys collaborating in a communicative environment while meeting tight deadlines. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the main responsibilities include :

• Generate, review and adjust invoices
• Assist with accounts receivable processes
• Manage accounts payable functions
• Enter and reconcile credit card expenses
• Bank and general ledger account reconciliations
• Assist with month and year-end closing duties
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

Mandatory :

The main qualifications for this role include :

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting
• Must be fluently Bilingual (oral and written)
• Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting role
