Job summary
A leading health authority in Manitoba is seeking a Healthcare Aide and Ward Clerk in Winnipeg. This dual-role position includes providing personal care to patients and performing clerical duties in the Intensive Care Unit at Grace Hospital. The ideal candidate should have a Grade 12 education and relevant certificates. This role offers competitive compensation and requires flexibility for shifts that include days, nights, and weekends.
Qualifications
- One or two years related work experience preferred.
- Ability to train and participate as part of the Code Blue, White, and Yellow Response teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to patients according to care plans.
- Perform clerical and receptionist duties, including arranging appointments.
- Assist with non-nursing functions related to patient care.
