A private, growth-oriented client is seeking a Senior Accountant in Irvine, CA. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting month-end reporting and compliance. Candidates should have 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience, strong QuickBooks Online skills, and high attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities including A/R, A/P, and bank activity.
- Maintain the general ledger and perform regular reconciliations.
- Process payroll, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and internal reports.
- Support audits and tax preparation with external accountants.
- Work across multiple entities as needed.
- Serve as a liaison with auditors and external advisors.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting monthly close, reporting, and compliance activities. This position will work closely with leadership and external partners and is well‑suited for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
- Manage daily accounting activities including A/R, A/P, and bank activity
