Job summary
A dynamic technology organization in Toronto is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee commercial accounts. This role requires a strong focus on client service and growth through relationship management and strategic account planning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in the commercial construction space, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of managing key accounts in a technology-driven environment. Willingness to travel about 15–20% is expected.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the commercial construction space.
- At least 5+ years managing key accounts in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet targets.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to assigned clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
- Conduct onsite client meetings and present service offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecast.
