Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the commercial construction space.
• At least 5+ years managing key accounts in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to meet targets.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews to assigned clients.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Conduct onsite client meetings and present service offerings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecast.
