What You’ll Do
  • Lead short‑term and integrated media sales efforts across national agencies and client direct, focusing on original content, premium programming, and sponsorships.
  • Develop and execute innovative, multi‑platform campaigns aligned with client goals and RSM’s strategic priorities.
  • Prospect and grow new business while managing and expanding key accounts across News and Entertainment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—creative, content, strategy, product, and other platforms—to deliver compelling pitches and seamless execution.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Support go‑to‑market strategies and contribute to product and format innovation.
  • Maintain accurate client data, sales activity, and pipeline reporting using Salesforce.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging media opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in media sales, with a strong background in integrated sales.
  • A solutions‑first mindset with a track record of delivering client‑focused, revenue‑driving campaigns.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multi‑million dollar revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Deep understanding of the Canadian media landscape and agency ecosystem.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage ambiguity, and think strategically.
  • Bilingual (French and English) to collaborate with colleagues on a national scale.
