We are seeking customer-focused Warehouse Associates (Parts Handlers & Shipper Receivers) to join the team at our NEW location in Moncton, NB.

What you will do

Parts Handler

  • Accurately assemble customer orders from the warehouse
  • Verify parts orders to ensure they are correct before shipment
  • Inspect stock items for wear or defects, and report any damaged or missing stock to management
  • Restock warehouse shelves
  • May assist customers looking for parts
  • May secure cargo to the vehicle (manual or forklift)
  • Other duties as assigned

Shipper Receiver

  • Accurately receive incoming product and match the quality of items received to shipping documents
  • Prepare shipping documents for outbound products
  • Package, label, and ship customer orders, verifying order accuracy before shipping
  • Inspect stock items for wear or defects, and report any damaged or missing stock to management
  • Replenish inventory items in designated warehouse storage bins
  • May secure cargo to the vehicle (manual or forklift)
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, along with 1 year of general warehouse experience, order picking, and/or shipping and receiving
  • Experience using an RF Scanner is an asset
  • Valid class 5/G license with 5 years of Canadian driving experience is required
  • A driver’s abstract with no major infractions in the last 5 years is required
  • Occasionally lift up to 75 – 100lbs, frequent standing and walking, reading small print and numbers
  • Excellent customer service skills - Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of external and internal customers
  • Strong communication skills – Confident in delivering clear and detailed information to customers and team members
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technology – Able to learn in-house systems
  • Proficiency with multiple languages is an asset
  • Heavy Duty Parts experience is an asset
