Overview
The Vice President, Commercial Finance plays a critical role as a strategic advisor to senior executives, shaping financial strategy and driving long-term business success.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive team to deliver insights and guidance that drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term value.
- Lead corporate financial reporting and KPI management, ensuring insights translate into actionable strategies.
- Deliver executive level reporting that highlights trends, market dynamics and commercial opportunities.
- Lead acquisition due diligence to drive revenue growth and sustainable operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary financial leader to the Growth team, influencing strategic decisions with data driven insights that support deal structures and long-term value for the organization.
- Partner with the FP&A Team, Operations and Centers of Excellence to optimize pricing strategies, margin management and resource allocation.
- Lead on retail analytics, contract profitability and customer segmentation strategies to maximize financial performance.
- Lead transformation initiatives leveraging data, technology and process improvement.
- Ensuring strong financial governance, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance and analytics team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, CPA required.
- 10+ years of work experience with a minimum of 7 years in FP&A and 3+ years’ in a leadership level.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done; be viewed as a trusted advisor of business leadership.
- Proven ability to operate under pressure, to manage competing priorities and meet deliverables.
- Demonstrated collaborative thinking, ability to build cross-functional approaches and consensus.
- A results driven innovator and a proactive and results oriented thinker.
- Proven expertise in business case development to support strategic decisions.
- Extensive M&A lifecycle management experience, from financial modeling to integration.
