Bring your creativity, strategic mindset, and passion for partnerships to the role of Travel Trade Manager with DGV. This position requires someone who can hit the ground running, lead our Travel Trade program with a focus on innovation, commercial growth, and strong industry relationships. You will champion business-to-business initiatives across retail trade, co-ops, and cruise, while building connections with traditional tour operators and travel agents. From negotiating partnerships and executing high-value sales strategies to representing Greater Victoria at tradeshows and industry events, you’ll play a key role in positioning our destination for long-term success. This is an opportunity for a results-driven professional with deep knowledge of the tourism and hospitality landscape to shape how Greater Victoria is discovered, experienced, and celebrated around the world.
This position is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work in-office at least three times per week, located in the Greater Victoria region. It is a full-time 35-hour-per-week, 14-month contract with a salary between $68,000 and $72,000.
