We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible for role modeling service standards, coaching, and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and other goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate, and execute operational excellence will be key to your success.

Key job accountabilities include but are not limited to :

  1. Assuming a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Maintaining exceptional product knowledge and industry trend awareness.
  3. Facilitating achievement of business results by role modeling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity to foster positive customer connections and loyalty.
  4. Coaching and providing feedback to team members as directed by Store Management to achieve success.
  5. Fostering teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  6. Maintaining effective, open communication lines with the Store Manager.
  7. Opening and closing the store proficiently.

Qualifications :

  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to assist customer needs.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Openness to learning and developing new skills.

  • Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
